The Annas pepparkakor, or ginger thins, have been baked using the same recipe since 1929 as the two Karlsson sisters, Anna and Emma, opened a home bakery in the Östermalm district of Stockholm. Almost 100 years later, Sweden’s most beloved ginger thins are now world-renowned and sold on a global scale.
