Since 1883, Conserverie Parmentier has been committed to perpetuating the authentic pleasure of canned sardines by relying on its renowned expertise. Carefully selected and prepared, the sardines are then canned by hand, to be formerly combined with quality ingredients to offer tasty recipes.
To guarantee high-quality products, the sardines are fished between June and December, depending on the fishing grounds. It is during this time period that the sardines have an optimal minimum fat content, which ensures a tender and tasty flesh.
