Rummo’s expertise was passed from generation to generation. The company uses the Lenta Lavorazione (slow processing) manufacturing method, which includes 7 phases. A method inspired by tradition, based on a quest for excellence in every phase of the production process.

Rummo uses patented bronze dies which give their pasta an exceptional resistance to bite and it’s signature rough surface allowing an unparalleled sauce grip.
